Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-generation Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions.
- Develop AI agents, agentic systems, and LLM-native applications for complex process automation.
- Design scalable, production-ready AI Engineering architectures and support enterprise-wide adoption.
- Industrialize AI and Machine Learning solutions with attention to reliability, security, observability, and business impact.
- Lead architectural and technology decisions while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a STEM discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience designing and implementing Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, or Machine Learning solutions in enterprise, systems integration, or consulting settings.
- Hands-on experience developing Large Language Model applications such as RAG systems, conversational assistants, document intelligence solutions, or tool-integrated agents.
- Knowledge of Python and AI model integration through APIs, plus familiarity with Git, Docker, and at least one cloud platform.
- Experience delivering solutions beyond the prototype stage, including integration, testing, deployment, monitoring, and error management.
- Ability to work independently in multidisciplinary teams, lead technical activities, and contribute to architecture and solution design decisions.
- Excellent Italian and English language skills, along with strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks, vector databases, CI/CD pipelines, and generated-response quality evaluation tools is preferred.
