$140k - $217k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop the GenAI Search Platform and new LLM-enabled generative AI features.
- Enable product teams to build applications, ship prototypes at scale, evaluate ranking improvements, and enforce quality, security, privacy, and scalability guarantees.
- Develop systematic evaluation metrics and methodologies for search models, including LLM-based approaches for enterprise security and privacy challenges.
- Partner with ranking, product, design, infrastructure, data science, user experience, customer success, and engineering teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of engineering experience.
- Experience with traditional information retrieval, search ranking and relevance, recommendation systems, or question-answering systems.
- Background in text processing, information retrieval, natural language understanding, or machine learning.
- Experience with or interest in learning large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and agents is preferred.
- Python experience, including contributions to mature Python libraries, platform code, or open-source repositories, is preferred.
- Golang experience is a nice-to-have qualification.
