Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the web-based administration console for Netwrix Identity Recovery and create performant UX for complex recovery workflows.
- Design recovery experiences for Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Okta, including object restoration, forest recovery, and real-time operation progress.
- Own real-time browser notifications, status updates, authentication flows, MFA enrollment, and session management.
- Contribute to backend services and integrate data and capabilities across Netwrix’s cybersecurity and ITDR products.
- Drive the UI’s evolution toward a modern SaaS and cloud-hosted architecture.
- Promote and optimize AI tools and capabilities for product development.
- Partner with customers and customer-facing teams to triage issues, understand needs, and gather product feedback.
- Collaborate with product management, platform teams, product teams, and engineering leadership on technical direction and business priorities.
- Support a culture of security-first thinking, mentorship, professional growth, innovation, and technical excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of software development experience focused on enterprise software.
- Production experience with C# and .NET in a web application context.
- Production experience with ASP.NET Core Blazor or a comparable component-based framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience designing and delivering on-premises or SaaS software at scale.
- Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring or observability.
- Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem, including .NET Core and .NET.
- Familiarity with C++ sufficient to read and understand code, trace bugs, and understand backend behavior.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and browser rendering.
- Understanding of cookie authentication, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and MFA flows.
- Proficiency in RESTful API design and consumption and familiarity with WebSockets or similar push mechanisms.
- Experience with relational databases and the ability to understand data models.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, containerization fundamentals, and infrastructure as code.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, UX judgment, and ability to balance technical quality with business priorities.
- Preferred qualifications include Blazor Server, Telerik, MudBlazor, React, TypeScript, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Active Directory, Windows identity concepts, on-premises-to-SaaS UI migrations, Azure App Service, Azure SignalR Service, Azure Container Apps, threat detection, SIEM concepts, security frameworks, and ITDR solutions.
