Responsibilities

  • Turn internal applications prototyped in Lovable into secure, production-grade services on Google Cloud Cloud Run.
  • Build Python backends and middleware with authentication, audit trails, secure document storage, and related service controls.
  • Build and orchestrate data feeds from Salesforce and third-party providers into the canonical data layer, dashboards, and planning tools such as Pigment and Anaplan.
  • Automate recurring reporting and analysis, including scheduled data centralization and quarterly metrics with manual overlays.
  • Own the security, deployment, monitoring, documentation, and maintainability of services delivered.
  • Review AI Skills used by business teams and document work through READMEs, runbooks, and architecture notes.
  • Explain technical trade-offs, identify risks and sequencing concerns, and manage scope with business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Around 4–7 years of hands-on commercial software engineering experience.
  • Strong production Python experience across services and data pipelines, including testing and CI/CD.
  • In-depth cloud experience with compute, managed databases, serverless systems, and IAM; GCP is preferred, while AWS or Azure experience is also accepted.
  • Full-stack experience with a strong focus on APIs and middleware, plus the ability to modify React and TypeScript front ends.
  • Data engineering experience involving API, database, and file-extract ingestion, orchestration, and SQL and ideally NoSQL schema design.
  • Experience taking prototypes or AI-generated code into production and owning services end to end, including deployment, monitoring, and documentation.
  • Hands-on experience securing services through authentication, least-privilege IAM, secrets handling, input validation, audit logging, dependency hygiene, and secure document retention.
  • Ability to work autonomously through unclear briefs, learn unfamiliar systems and undocumented data, and anticipate user needs.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce or planning platforms such as Pigment and Anaplan is an additional advantage.
  • Knowledge of canonical or dimensional data modeling, exposure to LLM workflows and prompt evaluation, and experience with Lovable or Supabase are additional advantages.

Benefits

  • Flexible and remote cooperation options.
  • International projects with leading global clients and travel related to international projects.
  • Non-corporate working atmosphere.
  • Access to language classes, knowledge-sharing initiatives, private healthcare and life insurance, and a multisport card; availability and terms vary by cooperation arrangement.
