$174k - $274k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own customer-facing product features end to end across React/TypeScript front ends, backend services, and APIs.
- Make architecture and technical decisions guided by user and business outcomes.
- Define success metrics, instrument products, monitor telemetry, investigate root causes, and use user behavior to guide design decisions.
- Design and build AI-enabled and agentic experiences by integrating LLMs and AI workflows into products.
- Set technical direction, influence product strategy, and collaborate with product managers, designers, and platform teams.
- Prototype solutions in ambiguous problem spaces and drive them to production-grade quality, reliability, and performance at scale.
- Raise the engineering bar through code reviews, design reviews, coaching, and mentoring.
