Base Salary
$150k - $262k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build clean, scalable, reusable software and enforce engineering best practices through code reviews and unit testing.
- Own software features from design and implementation through test automation, delivery, and ongoing enhancement.
- Design and build automation pipelines, AI tooling, LLM integrations, and systems connecting knowledge platforms.
- Develop simple, extensible functionality that customers can customize.
- Contribute to new products and features while improving the existing product suite.
- Manage projects with material technical risk and drive complex cross-functional improvements autonomously.
- Mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing and technical growth.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming.
- Strong JavaScript skills and experience building production-grade web applications.
- Hands-on experience building AI workflows, LLM integrations, or agentic tooling.
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance and scalability considerations.
- Experience with Angular, React, Vue, or another modern UI framework.
- Experience operating production systems in the cloud, including observability and monitoring.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tooling and cloud platform operations.
- Strong technical breadth, architectural judgment, and ability to distinguish prototypes from production-ready systems.
- Exposure to content platforms, knowledge-management systems, or structured content such as DITA.
- Background in SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
- Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is preferred.
- Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to team technical growth.
