Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and deploy conversational AI solutions using the Kore.ai platform.
- Build and enhance chatbots and AI agents with Kore.ai XO10, XO11, or Artemis.
- Design and implement agentic AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
- Develop enterprise application integrations using REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript, and Node.js.
- Create reusable conversational AI components and agent capabilities.
- Integrate LLMs, vector databases, and enterprise data sources into AI solutions.
- Implement multi-agent orchestration and AI observability practices where required.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve AI response accuracy, stability, and performance.
- Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and product teams to deliver conversational AI use cases.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of total experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with the Kore.ai platform.
- Strong experience developing chatbots and conversational AI solutions.
- Strong experience with Kore.ai XO10, XO11, or Artemis.
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, Node.js, and Python.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
- Experience with prompt engineering, LLMs, RAG, and vector databases.
- Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts and architectures.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications with conversational AI solutions.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Experience with multi-agent orchestration and AI observability platforms is preferred.
- Banking or financial services domain experience is preferred.
- Kore.ai Developer or Artemis certification is preferred.
