Base Salary
$152k - $202k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, and support full-stack applications and cloud-deployed services across the full software lifecycle.
- Develop responsive front ends, back-end services, reusable components, templates, and utilities.
- Embed ML models, LLM APIs, natural-language queries, predictive insights, recommendations, conversational interfaces, and agentic workflows into production applications.
- Build MCP servers or equivalent tool interfaces, and use knowledge graphs and ontologies for semantic search and reasoning over operational data.
- Monitor application performance, errors, latency, and usage; own alerting, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
- Set application coding standards and review code for correctness, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Establish automated testing, version-control, and delivery workflows.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into project plans, lead moderate- to high-complexity application projects, and influence technical direction.
- Mentor and coach junior software engineers and BI developers while partnering with BI, data and AI/ML engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field from an accredited university or college.
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience building and shipping full-stack applications to production.
- Strong full-stack development experience across modern front-end and back-end technologies.
- Experience embedding ML models, LLM APIs, and agentic workflows into production applications.
- Experience building MCP servers or equivalent production tool interfaces.
- Experience modeling domain knowledge with knowledge graphs and ontologies for semantic search and reasoning.
- Familiarity with cloud application hosting and modern data platforms such as Databricks, AWS, or Snowflake.
- Experience with Git, automated testing, code review, and secure-by-default engineering practices.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, technical leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Master's degree in a related field and experience in supply chain, manufacturing, maintenance, or similar operational domains are preferred.
