Base Salary
$157k - $299k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage digital products through launch and adoption with cross-functional engineering, data science, AI/ML, design, and product teams.
- Develop responsive front-end architectures and intuitive user interfaces.
- Design and implement backend services, scalable APIs, microservices, and integration frameworks.
- Integrate AI/ML models into applications through inference pipelines, intelligent features, and model-driven user experiences.
- Build data and application pipelines supporting AI/ML functionality and model deployment.
- Collaborate on feature engineering, model testing, validation, and operationalization for stable, scalable AI usage.
- Apply DevOps practices to automated testing, cloud deployment, and containerized workloads.
- Support product vision, roadmaps, backlog prioritization, stakeholder decision-making, and iterative releases.
- Ensure solutions satisfy technical requirements and customer needs while supporting UI/UX standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field with 12+ years of applicable work experience, or an advanced degree with 10+ years of applicable work experience.
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, analytics, AI/ML, or related technical domains.
- 5+ years architecting cloud-native data platforms using Azure, AWS, or GCP, with deep Databricks, Lakehouse, and modern ELT/ETL experience.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, real-time data streaming, data governance, and API/integration architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement enterprise-scale data architecture solutions.
- Familiarity with MLflow, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Azure ML, SageMaker, and Vertex.
- Preferred experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Apache Kafka, and Kafka Streams.
- Preferred experience supporting AI/ML features, model integration, inference APIs, application-level ML workflows, cloud migration, modernization, or digital transformation.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
