Base Salary
$145k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify developer workflow frustrations and build solutions that improve the developer experience.
- Architect and scale reliable, reproducible, observable CI/CD pipelines using AWS and GitHub workflows.
- Provision and manage AWS and on-premises computing resources with Terraform.
- Bridge embedded flight software, simulation, testing, and IT infrastructure.
- Support scaling of Software-in-the-Loop and Hardware-in-the-Loop test infrastructure.
- Write software and integrate existing tools and infrastructure for developer productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in DevOps engineering, release automation, or cloud infrastructure.
- Strong hands-on experience scaling CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitHub Actions or workflows.
- Proven ability to manage and provision AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
- Strong proficiency in scripting and automation with Python, Bash, or similar tools.
- Linux system administration experience.
- Preferred experience taking ownership of CI/CD systems and maturing development processes.
- Preferred familiarity with embedded systems, cross-compilation, physical-device integration, and Hardware-in-the-Loop testbeds.
- Preferred experience supporting software teams using C++ or Rust.
- Preferred experience with Docker containerization and container scaling optimization.
- Ability to comply with U.S. export control laws and provide required U.S.-person or non-U.S.-person documentation.
