Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and configuration of Pega applications.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex software issues and continuously improve existing applications.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project goals and deliverables.
- Share knowledge with and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Pega Platform.
- Proficiency in Pega Platform application design and configuration.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.
- Ability to work with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
