Base Salary
$223k - $390k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of identity and conversion signal models.
- Own major identity prediction initiatives from problem framing to production deployment.
- Build and evolve ML-powered components in the conversion visibility pipeline.
- Establish ML development best practices and mentor engineers.
- Collaborate with various teams to define interfaces and success metrics.
- Use AI to accelerate analysis and iteration on model ideas.
- Apply LLM-powered tools to synthesize experiment results and recommendations.
Requirements
- Experience building and deploying large-scale ML systems in production.
- Degree in computer science, machine learning, statistics, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with ads conversion, identity/user matching, or measurement domains.
- Expertise in probabilistic modeling and measurement.
- Proven technical leadership as a hands-on individual contributor.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience using AI coding assistants and LLM-powered productivity tools.
