Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to promote code quality, accuracy, testability, efficiency, and adherence to style guidelines.
- Contribute to documentation and educational content and adapt it based on product updates and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing their sources and impact on hardware, networks, service operations, and quality.
- Design and implement solutions in specialized ML areas while leveraging ML infrastructure and demonstrating expertise in a chosen field.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience programming in Python or C++.
- At least 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- At least 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- At least 3 years of experience in speech/audio, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another specialized ML field.
- At least 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure, including model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, or debugging.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in computer science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
