Base Salary
$120k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to define agentic AI-driven bidding capabilities.
- Architect and implement a large-scale agentic bidding platform for real-time marketplace optimization.
- Build data validation and quality frameworks for auction-critical signals.
- Serve as a Designated Responsible Individual, driving incident management, on-call readiness, operational excellence, and high availability.
- Develop experimentation and simulation frameworks for validating agent behavior and optimizing policies before deployment.
- Improve availability, efficiency, performance, and scalability across the bidding stack.
- Set technical direction, mentor engineers, and promote high-quality execution.
- Explore multi-agent systems and adaptive optimization techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field and 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
- Experience coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud background check.
- Preferred: master’s degree with 6+ years of experience, or bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: 4+ years of hands-on experience with large-scale streaming platforms such as Apache Spark or Flink.
- Preferred: 4+ years of experience as a technical lead mentoring and guiding engineers.
- Preferred: 5+ years developing and deploying large-scale distributed systems in production.
- Preferred: 5+ years of hands-on MLOps experience, including pipeline automation, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Preferred: experience building large-scale distributed bidding or auction platforms.
- Preferred: experience building real-world applications using AI techniques.
