Responsibilities
- Build APIs and interfaces for customer agent configuration.
- Create analytics dashboards for performance insights.
- Design conversation interfaces for user interaction with agents.
- Automate onboarding processes for personalized agent setup.
- Own features from database schema to frontend implementation.
- Make architectural decisions and structure the growing codebase.
Requirements
- 4+ years of fullstack engineering experience.
- Strong skills in frontend (TypeScript, React) and backend (Python or similar).
- Good product instincts and ability to refine designs.
- Attention to detail for polished product delivery.
- Comfortable working across the entire tech stack.
- Desire to own features and contribute to product development.
