Base Salary
$104k - $153k/yr
Responsibilities
- Maintain and support production and non-production environments for PeopleSoft and other enterprise platforms.
- Provide PeopleSoft administration, environment refreshes, migrations, user security maintenance, integration broker troubleshooting, and environment lifecycle management.
- Monitor system health, availability, performance, and capacity; troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues.
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and support maintenance, releases, outage remediation, patching, and security vulnerability mitigation.
- Ensure disaster recovery readiness, high availability, backup validation, operational resiliency, and defined RPO/RTO objectives.
- Design, build, configure, and deploy application and infrastructure environments using automation and infrastructure-as-code solutions.
- Develop automation scripts for cloud provisioning, environment builds, deployments, monitoring, and operational processes.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and drive standardization, automation, and operational efficiency improvements.
- Design scalable, secure, highly available infrastructure and integration solutions and provide sizing, capacity, performance, and scalability recommendations.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship, conduct design reviews, participate in vendor and product evaluations, and guide cloud adoption and operational strategy.
- Create and maintain architecture diagrams, support procedures, configuration documentation, validation documentation, and disaster recovery runbooks.
- Support software compliance and annual audit activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, DevOps engineering, or software development.
- Strong experience administering Windows and Linux server environments.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications in production environments.
- Intermediate to advanced experience with VMware or comparable virtualization technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and technical decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to work with technical teams, business partners, vendors, and executive leadership.
