Base Salary
$152k - $288k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy LLM-powered validation pipelines for post-silicon semiconductor environments.
- Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to identify and implement AI-driven workflow improvements.
- Evaluate emerging AI frameworks and architectures and recommend technologies for adoption.
- Build data systems and quantitative indicators to measure AI impact and drive continuous improvement.
- Own applied AI solutions from concept and prototyping through production deployment.
Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD or equivalent experience in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying ML/AI systems or data-intensive backend services.
- 2+ years of direct applied AI experience independently owning an AI agent, LLM-powered workflow, or intelligent automation system end to end.
- Strong Python skills and proficiency in at least one static language such as C, C++, C#, Java, or Scala.
- Experience deploying, monitoring, and debugging scalable AI/ML models.
- Strong electrical engineering fundamentals, including computer architecture, high-speed interfaces, timing, power basics, firmware/driver structures, and hardware interaction.
- Experience in a silicon development environment, including chip and system characterization methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with silicon bring-up, characterization, or lab debugging using oscilloscopes, multimeters, or logic analyzers.
- Familiarity with modern AI technologies, LLM launches, and translating AI research into production tools is preferred.
- Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow and agentic/orchestration tools such as NeMo Agent Toolkit, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or n8n is preferred.
- Experience debugging complex hardware/software interactions and leading root-cause analysis of silicon or feature-level issues is preferred.
