Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test cases for FortiGate Cloud SaaS products.
- Perform end-to-end testing of new and existing product features.
- Execute manual and automated tests on APIs, databases, and networking components.
- Collaborate with product management and development teams to identify and resolve software defects.
- Review and refine test procedures, test cases, and bug reports.
- Analyze defect root causes and provide actionable quality improvements.
- Contribute to software quality assurance process improvements and best practices.
- Maintain knowledge of networking, database technologies, and cloud-based applications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, particularly with SaaS platforms.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Familiarity with database technologies and query languages such as SQL.
- Hands-on API testing experience using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or similar.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong defect-identification skills.
- Strong documentation skills and the ability to write clear, concise, actionable reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting such as Selenium and Python is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and cybersecurity-domain products is preferred.
- Experience working in agile environments and using version control tools such as Git is preferred.
