Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute SaaS-focused test cases for FortiGate Cloud products.
- Perform end-to-end testing of new and existing features across the platform.
- Plan and execute system-level validation covering application, infrastructure, networking, databases, and cloud components.
- Test installations, upgrades, integrations, scalability, reliability, and recovery scenarios.
- Establish and maintain system validation procedures, environment baselines, and supporting documentation.
- Execute manual and automated tests on user interfaces, APIs, databases, and networking components.
- Identify defects, analyze root causes, and provide actionable quality improvements.
- Collaborate with product management and development teams to resolve software defects.
- Review and refine test procedures, test cases, bug reports, and related documentation.
- Contribute to software quality assurance process improvements and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in software testing or development.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Strong knowledge of Linux.
- Familiarity with database technologies and query languages such as SQL.
- Hands-on API testing experience using Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Test automation framework and scripting experience, including Selenium, Playwright, JMeter, or Python, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and services, particularly in cybersecurity, is desirable.
- Experience working in agile environments and using version control tools such as Git is desirable.
