Base Salary
$130k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship core product UI in React and TypeScript.
- Translate product direction and designs into polished, production-ready interfaces.
- Improve frontend performance, including load times, interaction smoothness, and rendering of large drawings and data-dense tables.
- Contribute to the team's reusable component library.
- Collaborate directly with product and design to shape features.
- Prototype, gather feedback, and iterate toward effective user experiences.
- Diagnose and fix frontend bugs, rendering issues, and state management problems.
Requirements
- Strong React and modern CSS skills for building complex layouts and interactions.
- Fluency in TypeScript, component architecture, and frontend state management.
- Strong design sense and ability to turn rough product direction into polished, shippable features.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar systems and tools quickly and take ownership of frontend improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with data-dense or canvas-heavy interfaces, performance-sensitive UI projects, or construction and real estate domains is a plus.
