Base Salary
$130k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship core product UI in React and TypeScript.
- Translate rough product direction and designs into polished, production-ready interfaces.
- Improve frontend performance, including load times, interactions, and rendering of large drawings and dense tables.
- Contribute to the reusable component library.
- Collaborate directly with product and design to shape features.
- Prototype quickly, gather feedback, and iterate toward the right user experience.
- Diagnose and fix frontend bugs, rendering issues, and state-management problems.
Requirements
- Strong React and modern CSS skills for building complex layouts and interactions.
- Fluency in TypeScript, component architecture, and frontend state management.
- Strong design sense and ability to turn rough product direction into polished, shippable interfaces.
- Ability to learn quickly, navigate unfamiliar systems and tools, and take ownership of improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with data-dense or canvas-heavy interfaces is a plus.
- Personal projects or open-source work involving performance-sensitive UI is a plus.
- Exposure to construction, real estate, or other real-world industry domains is a plus.
