Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship product features and systems for professional programmers.
- Develop user-facing UI improvements and contained features spanning frontend and some backend work.
- Prototype ideas quickly, iterate based on feedback, fix bugs, and improve product usability and correctness.
- Drive concrete problems end to end with strong ownership and attention to detail.
- Participate in technical interviews and an onsite project as part of the hiring process.
Requirements
- Graduate in Spring 2027 in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
- Have built something exceptional, such as an app, open-source project, or shipped product, that can be reviewed.
- Demonstrate strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to use AI tools without sacrificing correctness.
- Show fast learning, ownership, sound judgment, and evidence of tackling meaningfully difficult work.
- Internships or equivalent industry experience are welcome.
