Responsibilities
- Support go-to-market strategy and demand generation by helping create client solutions, propositions, and proof-of-concepts.
- Develop machine learning and deep learning models for decision augmentation and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with ML engineers, data engineers, and IT to evaluate machine learning deployment options.
- Integrate model performance management tools into existing business infrastructure.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, retention, and engagement for the team.
- Lead delivery of AI solutions and measure outcomes through timeliness, customer success stories, and customer use cases.
Requirements
- Mandatory data science skills.
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Experience developing and operationalizing machine learning and deep learning solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with sales, pre-sales, consulting, ML engineering, data engineering, and IT teams.
- Ability to manage direct reports and support team capability building.
