Responsibilities
- Develop Python-based products and applications for on-premises and cloud environments.
- Monitor and improve Natural Language Understanding models and contribute to NLP and data science use cases.
- Further develop generative AI solutions and applications using Azure AI and Azure OpenAI technologies.
- Create and document architectural designs for scalable, maintainable applications.
- Apply software engineering, debugging, load testing, and Azure delivery practices to generative AI applications.
- Collaborate with IT, product development, legal technology, business, finance, and data science stakeholders.
- Identify emerging technologies and contribute to the development direction of the team.
Requirements
- 6–7 years of total experience, including at least three years working with the listed technologies.
- Advanced Python proficiency, including multithreading, document processing, and packaging.
- Experience with Azure AI services, GPT models, vector search, Cognitive Search, Document Intelligence, Azure queues, and Azure OpenAI language models.
- Understanding of LLM-driven applications, deep learning, Natural Language Processing, and machine learning.
- Strong software engineering skills, including debugging, code quality, and Azure CI/CD.
- Experience load testing generative AI applications and working with Databricks and Spark.
- Experience with data exploration and building machine learning models.
- BSc or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Customer-facing interaction or consulting experience is preferred.
