Responsibilities
- Develop innovative software solutions that support digital transformation and improve business performance.
- Design, code, test, and review applications while upholding software quality and coding standards.
- Build full-stack GenAI agent products with React/TypeScript front ends and Python/FastAPI back ends.
- Architect and implement LLM-powered agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
- Apply CI/CD practices and use data, containerization, orchestration, and cloud technologies to deliver scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with client teams, anticipate their needs, and provide tailored software solutions.
- Interpret data to inform insights and recommendations for software improvements.
- Maintain professional and technical standards in accordance with the firm’s code of conduct and independence requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 4 years of experience required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- Preferred fields of study include Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, and Software Engineering.
- Experience building React/TypeScript front ends and Python/FastAPI back ends for GenAI agent products is preferred.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI for LLM-powered agent workflows is preferred.
- Comfort with SQL/NoSQL, data modeling, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure, AWS, or GCP is preferred.
- Strong client relationship-building, critical-thinking, problem-solving, coding, and code-review skills are preferred.
