Responsibilities
- Develop innovative software solutions that support digital transformation and business performance.
- Design, code, test, and review applications and full-stack features.
- Build React/TypeScript front ends and Python/FastAPI back ends for GenAI agent products.
- Architect and implement LLM-powered agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
- Implement CI/CD practices and uphold coding and technical standards.
- Collaborate with client teams to understand needs and deliver tailored software solutions.
- Interpret data to inform software improvements, insights, and recommendations.
- Use React Native, scripting languages, databases, containers, orchestration platforms, and cloud services to build scalable applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 4 years of experience required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- Preferred fields of study include Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, and Software Engineering.
- Experience with React/TypeScript, Python/FastAPI, and full-stack feature development is preferred.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI for LLM-powered agent workflows is preferred.
- Comfort with SQL/NoSQL, data modeling, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure, AWS, or GCP is preferred.
- Client relationship management, critical thinking, problem-solving, coding standards, and code review skills are preferred.
