Base Salary
$190k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own infrastructure topology and scaling decisions for the platform.
- Build validation gates and safety systems for automated operations.
- Diagnose and document novel failures for future agent handling.
- Ensure the platform meets reliability and capacity targets.
- Manage security and secrets boundaries within the system.
- Lead incident responses and create regression tests for fixes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with production Kubernetes and AWS infrastructure.
- Strong skills in Terraform and GitOps/Kustomize for automation.
- Experience in incident response for distributed systems failures.
- Fluency in data systems, including Postgres and streaming technologies.
- Comfortable working with AI agents and writing operational guardrails.
- Proactive in automating processes and reducing manual steps.
