Senior ServiceNow Developer - SecOps/OT

Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow SecOps and OT development workstreams from requirements and technical design through configuration, testing, deployment, migration, release support, and documentation.
- Design and configure ServiceNow Security Operations capabilities including Security Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Response, Unified Security Exposure Management, Security Posture Control, and Configuration Compliance.
- Design and configure OT Manager, OT Vulnerability Response, OT Incident Management, Industrial Workspace, and related OT workflows.
- Integrate vulnerability scanners, SIEM and SOAR platforms, and enterprise systems using Service Graph Connectors, IntegrationHub, APIs, ETL, and certified integrations.
- Model OT devices, sites, equipment, production-process context, configuration items, and relationships using CMDB and CSDM patterns.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow using JavaScript, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, workspaces, reporting, and dashboards.
- Own design reviews, code and configuration reviews, testing, troubleshooting, release support, documentation, and delivery-risk management.
- Use AI and automation tools responsibly to accelerate analysis and delivery while validating accuracy, security, bias, and output quality.
- Mentor developers and consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing, recruiting, and thought leadership.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience developing and configuring ServiceNow solutions.
- Deep hands-on implementation experience in either ServiceNow Security Operations or ServiceNow Operational Technology.
- Working familiarity with the adjacent SecOps or OT domain and the ability to collaborate across security, IT operations, and industrial operations.
- Experience with CMDB configuration items and relationships, asset or CI imports, reconciliation, CSDM concepts, and data-quality considerations.
- Experience designing integrations with IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, ETL, Service Graph Connectors, or related ServiceNow patterns.
- Strong ServiceNow development skills involving JavaScript, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, workspaces, reporting, and dashboards.
- Experience leading technical workstreams or owning ServiceNow deliverables through requirements, build, testing, migration, release, and documentation.
- Ability to travel 25–50% and work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.
- Preferred experience across both SecOps and OT, especially vulnerability or incident workflows spanning IT and industrial environments.
- Preferred experience in utilities, manufacturing, energy, transportation, life sciences, critical infrastructure, or asset-intensive environments.
- ServiceNow CSA, CAD, Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, or Data Foundations implementation certifications are preferred.
- Experience incorporating AI tools into delivery workflows while assessing accuracy, security, bias, and output quality is preferred.
