Responsibilities
- Contribute to technical implementations across Front, Middle, and Back Office workflows under established designs and guidance.
- Analyze and translate business and technical requirements into CRIMS configurations and application components.
- Configure and develop application components using established standards.
- Support functional, integration, and regression testing activities.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues with support from senior team members.
- Ensure configurations and deliverables meet quality, stability, and operational standards.
- Participate in go-live readiness and provide post-deployment implementation support.
- Follow CRD SDLC and documentation standards while collaborating with global delivery teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- 10–12 years of relevant professional experience in financial technology or enterprise software.
- Hands-on experience with application configuration or development, system integration and data processing, reporting or analytics support, or capital markets and investment management platforms.
- Working proficiency in C# and Core Java, with SQL Server querying, joins, and basic performance analysis.
- Experience or exposure to batch jobs, ETL, data validation, reconciliation, and reporting tools such as SSRS.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS; Snowflake exposure is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Awareness of interfaces such as FIX and SWIFT and market or reference data providers such as Bloomberg and MSCI is advantageous.
- Strong foundations in object-oriented programming, databases and SQL, and enterprise application fundamentals.
- Relevant Azure or AWS, technical, or financial certifications are a plus, and progress toward CFA is an advantage.
