Responsibilities
- Lead testing efforts across web, mobile, and backend systems to support high-quality releases.
- Manage and execute manual and automated test strategies.
- Perform API testing with tools such as Postman and Swagger.
- Perform UI testing to validate responsiveness, functionality, and consistency across platforms.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium or Appium.
- Embed testing and continuous feedback throughout requirements, coding, planning, and software development lifecycle phases.
- Integrate testing processes into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers.
- Document and manage test plans, risks, and results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business and technical quality goals.
- Identify and adopt tools and techniques to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of quality assurance experience involving manual and automated testing.
- Proficiency in test automation, API testing, and SQL for backend validation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring team members and leading QA efforts.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and presenting test results.
- Proficiency in QA methodologies and test design techniques.
- Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools is preferred.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner or BlazeMeter is preferred.
- Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms such as BrowserStack or AWS Device Farm is preferred.
