Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize AI agent workflows within the company’s proprietary agentic framework.
- Integrate OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Mistral, and other LLMs into production pipelines.
- Develop and maintain MCP servers and enterprise connectors for secure data access.
- Build RAG pipelines involving embeddings, vector search, and retrieval workflows.
- Build and deploy scalable microservices and APIs connecting AI agents with existing applications.
- Manage development, versioning, deployment, and maintenance using GitHub, CI/CD, and containers.
- Monitor model behavior, fine-tune prompts, and optimize cost and performance across LLM providers.
- Implement monitoring, tracing, logging, and observability for AI agents.
- Design evaluation pipelines measuring agent quality, latency, hallucinations, and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with AI, infrastructure, and product teams to meet operational, security, access-management, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with TypeScript and strong software engineering fundamentals; Node.js experience is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, or a similar agent orchestration framework.
- Practical experience integrating LLM APIs and applying prompt-engineering best practices.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, including Bedrock, S3, Lambda, and related cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with MCP server architecture and enterprise integrations involving REST, GraphQL, MongoDB, and SQL.
- Practical exposure to RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines.
- Experience with AI-agent monitoring, tracing, logging, and observability tools such as Langfuse or OpenTelemetry.
- Experience with AWS Bedrock AgentCore, Claude Agent SDK, evaluation pipelines, LLMOps, or multi-agent systems is preferred.
- Experience with React or Next.js for agent dashboards and monitoring tools is preferred.
- Experience with GitHub Actions and Terraform is preferred.
- Understanding of enterprise AI security, access management, and compliance is preferred.
- Strong analytical, debugging, collaboration, documentation, and communication skills, with an ability to stay current with LLM and agent ecosystems.
