Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize AI agent workflows within the proprietary agentic framework.
- Integrate OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Mistral, and other LLMs into production pipelines.
- Develop and maintain MCP servers and enterprise connectors for secure data access.
- Build RAG pipelines involving embeddings, vector search, and retrieval workflows.
- Build and deploy scalable microservices and APIs connecting AI agents with existing applications.
- Manage development, versioning, deployment, and maintenance using GitHub, containers, and CI/CD workflows.
- Monitor agent behavior, fine-tune prompts, and optimize cost and performance across LLM providers.
- Implement monitoring, tracing, logging, and observability for AI agents.
- Collaborate with AI, infrastructure, and product teams to meet operational and compliance standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with TypeScript and strong software engineering fundamentals; Node.js experience is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with at least one agent orchestration framework such as LangChain, CrewAI, or LangGraph.
- Practical experience integrating LLM APIs such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Mistral and applying prompt engineering practices.
- Hands-on AWS experience, including Bedrock, S3, Lambda, and related cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with MCP server architecture and enterprise data integrations involving GraphQL, MongoDB, or SQL.
- Practical exposure to RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines.
- Experience with observability tools such as Langfuse or OpenTelemetry.
- Experience with AWS Bedrock AgentCore, Claude Agent SDK, agent evaluation pipelines, LLMOps, React, Next.js, GitHub Actions, or Terraform is preferred.
- Experience building or maintaining enterprise-scale multi-agent systems and understanding of security, access management, and compliance are preferred.
- Strong analytical, debugging, collaboration, documentation, and communication skills.
