Base Salary
$158k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own frontend and backend software for configuring, observing, and managing kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with culinary and product teams to gather requirements and translate operational problems into technical solutions.
- Integrate with delivery service providers to receive orders, provide status updates, and synchronize menus.
- Create and integrate with on-robot control panel interfaces.
- Work with firmware, mechanical, electrical, and robotics engineers to ensure cohesive system functionality.
- Contribute to code reviews, architectural decisions, design feedback, issue triage, and system performance analysis.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Go or C++ for writing backend services.
- Proficiency in Vue 3 or Svelte, with TypeScript, for frontend web applications.
- Familiarity with documentation tools and writing design documents and playbooks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
- Experience with AWS services, particularly cross-region services, databases, and message queues, is desirable.
- Experience with Docker, Protobuf, Python, Terraform, and Git is desirable.
- Familiarity with remote simulation environments, simulated backend services, and unit or integration testing using those services is desirable.
- Familiarity with SQL, Superset, Jupyter notebooks, and other data-analysis tools is desirable.
