Base Salary
$124k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead thoughtful software work supporting healthcare initiatives.
- Implement software solutions within the healthcare industry.
- Determine effective methods to satisfy customer needs.
- Support 3M R&D teams in delivering customer solutions.
- Create innovative solutions for the customer base.
- Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher plus eight years of software development experience, or a high school diploma/GED plus twelve years of software development experience.
- At least eight years of experience as a Java/Kotlin enterprise developer using Spring/MVC with Postgres or similar database integration.
- At least five years of full-stack web application development and component library development using React or Angular, preferably with EMR integration.
- At least five years of experience developing and interfacing with services through REST APIs.
- At least five years of experience with cloud architectures and large-scale hosted applications, preferably AWS.
- Experience with Agile teams, strong test automation, unit testing using tools such as Karma or Jasmine, healthcare, and distributed-team collaboration is preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment-visa sponsorship.
