Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, deploy, and operate production conversational AI agents at enterprise scale.
- Own the full AI agent lifecycle from early pilot through launch, evaluation, and ongoing improvement.
- Build reusable agent frameworks for different industries and integrated customer-interaction use cases.
- Collaborate directly with enterprise decision-makers to solve high-priority business problems.
- Drive design partnerships involving agent architectures, self-service features, and generative development workflows.
- Integrate emerging voice models into enterprise-grade deployments.
- Establish standards for constructing, evaluating, and improving AI agents in production.
- Feed field-learned patterns and customer problems into the evolution of the platform, tools, and product roadmap.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building and operating end-to-end production systems at scale.
- Strong technical problem-solving ability in rapidly changing and ambiguous environments.
- Experience developing or operating AI/LLM-powered systems in production is strongly valued.
- Working knowledge of AI agent evaluation frameworks, orchestration tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with React, TypeScript, and/or Go is advantageous.
- Ability to work directly with customers to understand problems and deliver practical technical solutions.
- Clear and persuasive communication with both engineers and executives.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and align technical and business teams.
- Startup founder, early engineer, or other high-ownership experience is highly valued.
