Responsibilities
- Research and implement state-of-the-art AI solutions for multimodal AI avatars.
- Architect and deliver scalable agentic systems for production.
- Translate research outputs into robust backend systems.
- Collaborate with product teams to iterate on AI features based on user feedback.
- Design and execute evaluation frameworks to measure agentic system quality.
- Define and enforce best practices for AI quality, safety, and cost control.
- Fine-tune and train models to address gaps in existing foundation models.
- Stay updated on academic and industry research in LLMs and AI agents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience building agentic systems with Large Language Models.
- 3+ years of experience in building scalable backend systems in Python.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning and statistics with a product shipping track record.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with product teams.
- Proactive approach to learning and following emerging AI research.
