Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery and build bespoke architectures.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Own the long-term technical relationship and ensure alignment with customer business goals.
- Carry a variable quota tied to new business acquisition and account growth.
- Leverage AI to automate routine tasks and focus on strategic customer advisory.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Customer Engineering.
- Experience working with hyperscaler ecosystems or Cybersecurity vendors.
- Broad technical expertise in web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
- Proven track record in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment.
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills.
