Responsibilities
- Own the design, configuration, integration, evolution, and release activities for packaged or SaaS solutions.
- Set and enforce platform standards to maintain stability, performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, manage and mentor team members, and make team decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives and resolve complex problems.
- Lead the development and implementation of platform best practices.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Strong knowledge of platform configuration and integration techniques in cloud-based environments.
- Experience managing software release cycles and deployment strategies.
- Ability to establish platform standards and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education.
