Base Salary
$87k - $128k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the success of New Verticals integrations by driving initiatives across technical teams and stakeholders.
- Identify, resolve, and escalate day-to-day integration-related blockers.
- Manage external relationships with New Verticals partners, leading implementation and process improvement.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to drive opportunities for improvement.
- Help shape the systems integrations roadmap in collaboration with product and operations owners.
- Educate stakeholders on integrations and create user-friendly enablement content.
Requirements
- Proven track record of maintaining and enhancing processes.
- Strong ability to collaborate with external partners to drive successful partnerships.
- Experience in project and/or program management.
- 3+ years of experience translating technical concepts to business solutions.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of integrations, APIs, and webhooks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
