Principle Architect - BSP

- Define BSP architecture and boot flow.
- Drive board bring-up and silicon validation.
- Lead virtualization and multi-OS integration.
- Oversee camera, display, audio, and connectivity subsystem bring-up and ownership.
- Ensure system performance and key performance indicators.
- Lead safety compliance activities.
- Drive debugging and issue resolution using diagnostics and performance tools.
- Mentor engineering teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8–14 years of experience in BSP and automotive system software.
- Strong expertise in BSP, bootloaders, and kernels.
- Deep knowledge of memory systems, SMMU/IOMMU, and DMA.
- Experience with virtualization, multi-OS integration, firmware loading, and debugging.
- Experience with automotive subsystems and full subsystem ownership.
- Knowledge of QNX, Linux, and Android coordination.
- Exposure to safety, RTOS, CI strategy, and automotive infotainment or IVI architecture.
- Preferred experience with Google AAOS certification, debugging tools, performance profilers, and CAN/SOME-IP integration with Android.
- Strong leadership skills, deep technical ownership, and a relevant engineering degree.
