Responsibilities
- Build and maintain platform solutions to improve reliability, security, and scalability.
- Apply cloud infrastructure and CI/CD best practices for operational data storage solutions.
- Collaborate with product teams for seamless database provisioning.
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to documentation.
- Deliver high-quality code and infrastructure improvements.
- Participate in on-call rotations and troubleshooting efforts.
- Maintain and enhance observability solutions to meet SLOs.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in maintaining cloud-based infrastructure, particularly in AWS.
- Practical experience with operational data storage solutions like PostgreSQL or Amazon RDS.
- Experience with container technologies (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS).
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Competence in at least one programming language, preferably Python.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Familiarity with networking and security best practices in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with observability tools like DataDog or Prometheus.
