Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to align features with business needs.
- Manage application lifecycle activities including deployment, version control, and release management.
- Integrate third-party APIs and use low-code platforms to extend application functionality.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize application configurations for system stability, performance, and user satisfaction.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and align application updates with business objectives.
- Serve as an SME, make team decisions, collaborate across teams, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC.
- Experience developing and maintaining web applications using the Model-View-Controller pattern.
- Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management, including deployment, version control, and release management.
- Familiarity with third-party API integration and low-code platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues and maintain system stability and performance.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
