Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure software systems for specific project requirements or product lifecycle stages.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Analyze requirements, provide solutions, and resolve technical issues related to software systems.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication for timely delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Veeva Vault.
- Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
- Strong experience with software configuration and customization in regulated environments.
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into software solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and best practices.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to software systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
