Responsibilities
- Develop agentic workflows that automate code generation, testing, tuning, and compiler optimization.
- Build multi-agent orchestration and LLM-native tooling using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
- Integrate agents into Git-native workflows and CI pipelines so they can build, test, and iterate against real GPUs.
- Partner directly with internal engineering teams to identify high-impact workflow friction and translate requirements into scalable infrastructure.
- Validate and revise technical plans through proof points as early-adopter teams integrate agents into production.
- Build reusable agentic methodologies, tools, or frameworks that help engineering teams adopt effective workflows.
- Lead technical work through changing requirements and make evidence-based architectural decisions.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of professional experience.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Working knowledge of GPUs or other highly data-parallel systems.
- Demonstrated projects or work experience using and supporting AI systems.
- Experience shipping complex projects with minimal direction and appropriately raising challenges or syncing with stakeholders.
- Experience building tools or systems shaped by direct partnership with internal customer or user teams.
- Experience leading technical work through changing requirements and revising direction based on evidence.
- Experience in one or more of multi-agent orchestration or LLM-based workflow automation, compiler infrastructure or program transformation, autonomous search or high-dimensional optimization, hardware-aware deep learning performance optimization, code generation systems, or domain-specific languages.
- Preferred experience with ML or multi-agent evaluation and testing harnesses, internal engineering tools or frameworks, emerging ML hardware, or kernel programming techniques.
