Responsibilities
- Identify and execute improvements in the codebase for faster and safer delivery.
- Collaborate with senior engineers in a trust-based, low-process environment.
- Drive decisions and consensus through thorough documentation.
- Own end-to-end features from backend systems to partner-facing interfaces.
- Design scalable solutions and foundational patterns for new partner experiences.
- Work directly with PMs and business partners to define the roadmap.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback to foster team growth.
Requirements
- Proven ability to quickly dive into unknown codebases and deliver results.
- Strong product thinking focused on customer experience.
- Experience directing AI agents and automated workflows.
- Knowledge in designing guardrails and feedback loops for AI-assisted development.
- Experience or willingness to learn distributed system development in Scala.
- Ability to articulate problem-solving approaches and trade-offs.
