Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery activities and assess the existing technology landscape.
- Analyze application portfolios including ERP, CRM, and service management systems.
- Document end-to-end system interactions across servicing journeys.
- Map integrations, APIs, and data flows across the ecosystem.
- Conduct architecture reviews to assess scalability and security.
- Define the future-state target architecture for global aftersales capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role in complex environments.
- Significant experience in aftersales, servicing, or related service-oriented environments.
- Strong experience in defining target-state architectures and modernization strategies.
- Ability to work within EST business hours and collaborate with North American teams.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for workshops and assessments.
