Base Salary
$180k - $248k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and direct technical strategy for large enterprise accounts in partnership with Enterprise Account Executives.
- Serve as the main technical voice for multiple clients and guide them through evaluating and adopting Databricks.
- Build proofs of concept and demonstrate Databricks products alongside hands-on customer resources.
- Implement account technical strategies while communicating their business value.
- Develop technical champions and align customer strategies around Databricks solutions.
- Provide structured mentorship to other team members and contribute experience and insight to peers.
Requirements
- Experienced pre-sales professional with a proven track record of helping large enterprises become more data-driven.
- Experience establishing virtual teams and leading them to success within customer accounts.
- Experience working with very large global accounts exceeding $1 million ARR.
- Experience building relationships with executives and influencers internally and externally.
- Ability to present a convincing point of view to important decision-makers.
- Technical experience in data engineering, cloud data warehousing, and/or data science.
- Ability to drive data-driven business transformation and organizational change.
- Production programming expertise in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
- Experience practicing live or vibe coding sessions with stakeholders.
- Databricks certifications are preferred.
