Base Salary

$110k - $190k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Advise Federal systems integrator and consulting partners through technical briefings, architecture workshops, and post-award support.
  • Collaborate with SI capture and solution-architecture teams to position Cribl in proposed program architectures during capture, proposal, and recompete phases.
  • Create reusable reference architectures, quick-start guides, and solution kits for SOC modernization, SIEM migration, Zero Trust data pipelines, compliance logging, cloud migration, and observability modernization.
  • Design and deliver partner training, bootcamps, whiteboarding sessions, and certification pathways across Cribl Stream, Edge, Search, and Lake.
  • Deliver executive technical briefings and develop technical champions within strategic partners.
  • Provide office hours, architecture reviews, sizing guidance, and deployment guidance to partner delivery teams.
  • Coordinate with Cribl account solutions engineers, sales, and partner managers on SI-led opportunities and shared account plans.
  • Bring partner feedback and field insights to Cribl product and go-to-market teams.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of pre-sales solutions engineering or solutions architecture experience for data, security, or observability platforms.
  • Hands-on expertise in data pipeline architecture and at least one major SIEM or analytics ecosystem.
  • Working knowledge of the U.S. Federal market, including FedRAMP, FISMA, and government cloud deployment models.
  • Experience working with partners, channel organizations, or systems integrators as a primary technical audience, or equivalent experience within a Federal SI.
  • A personally created portfolio of reusable technical content such as reference architectures, implementation guides, labs, or training materials.
  • Ability to communicate with both executives and practitioners, from CTO briefings to hands-on engineering workshops.
  • Experience working effectively in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25–35%.
  • Preferred experience with Federal capture, proposal, or recompete cycles.
  • Preferred partner or alliance solutions engineering experience at an enterprise software vendor.
  • Preferred broad observability and data-engineering expertise alongside strong security experience.
  • Relevant cloud, security, or vendor certifications are preferred.
  • An active or prior U.S. security clearance is a plus but not required.
  • Established relationships across the Federal SI ecosystem and residence in the DC/VA/MD area are preferred.
