Responsibilities

  • Provide and manage technical pre-sales support for Keeper products
  • Work with sales teams to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and position Keeper solutions
  • Conduct technical discovery, product demonstrations, presentations, trials, evaluations, and training for customers and channel partners
  • Serve as a DevOps subject matter expert for customers, prospects, internal sales teams, and partners
  • Demonstrate Keeper integrations and use cases involving DevOps, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and cloud-native technologies
  • Assist with product implementation and integration and provide level-2 technical assistance to existing customers
  • Address technical questions, concerns, and objections during the sales process
  • Advise customers on securing development environments, pipelines, infrastructure, and automated workflows
  • Collaborate with product development and engineering teams on product features, enhancements, and updates
  • Maintain accurate activity and issue updates in Salesforce and report to management
  • Build technical relationships, identify opportunities, and support sales teams in achieving revenue targets
  • Travel to customer meetings locally and nationally and operate or rent a vehicle on behalf of the company

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a pre-sales technical role such as Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Solutions Engineer, focused on Machine Identity Security and/or DevOps
  • Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Kubernetes, Ansible, Red Hat OpenShift, GitLab, and other DevOps or CI/CD technologies
  • Professional background in software development, DevOps, DevSecOps, platform engineering, or a related technical field
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and DevOps best practices
  • Experience with scripting, APIs, and automation using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar tools
  • Strong experience with Windows and Active Directory administration and knowledge of UNIX/Linux
  • Technical background in networking, security applications, and cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure
  • Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal, and customer-facing skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
  • Industry-recognized certifications are preferred
  • Additional experience with Docker, Terraform, Helm, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps is preferred
  • Exposure to Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or other identity providers is preferred
  • Experience with enterprise customers and cybersecurity solutions such as PAM, IAM, secrets management, or security SaaS is preferred
