Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Scale and optimize database infrastructure for performance and reliability.
- Design and implement monitoring, tuning, and scaling strategies.
- Build automation and tooling for streamlined database management.
- Drive optimization initiatives to enhance system health and uptime.
- Evolve into broader SRE responsibilities beyond the database layer.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Database Administration roles.
- Deep expertise in PostgreSQL and Amazon Aurora with production workload management.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
- Strong background in highly available, scalable database design and operations.
- Proven ability to optimize database performance and resolve complex issues.
