Base Salary
$73k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain AI-driven features for workforce management and quality management products using LLMs and prompt-based architectures.
- Develop, fine-tune, and evaluate prompts and models for conversational and decision-support use cases.
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing workflows and production systems in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
- Contribute to model evaluation frameworks and feedback loops that improve AI accuracy, reliability, and user experience.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and cross-functional meetings.
- Identify and resolve production issues, including root cause analysis and preventive measures.
- Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented software.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python, or in Go or Java.
- Foundational understanding of machine learning, NLP, or LLM architectures.
- 0–1 years of professional software engineering experience; new graduates are welcome.
- Experience or coursework in prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, or AI workflow orchestration, including internship or project experience.
- Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or LangChain.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, or MLOps tooling is a plus.
