Responsibilities
- Design and build foundational AI Agent platform infrastructure, including agent frameworks, tool and plugin ecosystems, workflow orchestration, knowledge-base integration, RAG, evaluation pipelines, staged rollout, observability, and cost management.
- Partner with security stakeholders to deliver and improve AI Agent solutions for security operations, risk analysis, response assistance, policy generation and review, automated analysis, and intelligent Q&A.
- Build and enhance API gateway and platform services supporting access control, auditing, tenant isolation, rate limiting, security, scalability, and governance.
- Develop a data asset management platform and data policy governance capabilities for engineering, legal, and compliance teams.
- Monitor emerging AI technologies and translate innovative ideas into practical business applications.
Requirements
- Currently completing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Security, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language, such as Go, C++, C, Rust, Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Strong coding fundamentals and good engineering practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical thinking, problem-solving, proactive ownership, and ability to address complex or ambiguous problems.
- Preferred: hands-on AI Agent application development involving LLM integration, prompt engineering, agent orchestration frameworks, or tool and skill invocation workflows.
- Preferred: architectural experience with service governance, stability improvement, high-concurrency processing, or capacity planning.
- Must state availability and graduation date clearly and commit to an onboarding date by the end of the year.
